These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KarmIQo (the “Service”). By using KarmIQo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are using KarmIQo on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Who we are

KarmIQo is a cloud-based platform for OKR, KPI, and recognition management.

KarmIQo is operated by SolGuruz LLP, Based in Ahmedabad, India.

2. Using KarmIQo

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Provide accurate information when creating or using an account
  • Keep your login details secure and not share them with unauthorised people
  • Be responsible for all activity that happens under your account

We may suspend or stop providing the Service if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

3. Your content and data

Your organisation owns the data you add to KarmIQo, including:

  • OKRs and KPIs
  • Performance reviews and ratings
  • Feedback, recognition messages, and attachments

You give us permission to store and process this data only to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Maintain security and reliability
  • Meet legal and compliance requirements

You are responsible for having the right to upload and use this data in KarmIQo.

4. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use KarmIQo for your internal business use while you have an active subscription or account.

You must not:

  • Copy or modify the Service
  • Reverse engineer or try to extract the source code
  • Use the Service to build a competing product

5. Acceptable use

You must not use KarmIQo to:

  • Break any laws or regulations
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
  • Try to bypass security or disrupt the Service

If we believe your use of KarmIQo is unsafe, unlawful, or abusive, we may suspend or limit your access.

6. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep KarmIQo available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be available at all times
  • The Service will be free from errors or interruptions

We may update or change features from time to time. If we make a major change, we will try to give reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

KarmIQo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we:

  • Do not make any promises about specific results from using the Service
  • Do not guarantee that the Service will always be error-free or uninterrupted

You are responsible for how you use the information and outputs from KarmIQo.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some countries do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You or we may end your use of the Service:

  • According to your subscription or contract terms, or
  • If you seriously breach these Terms and do not fix the problem within a reasonable time after we notify you

When your access ends:

  • Your right to use KarmIQo stops
  • We will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy and any written agreement we have with you

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless we both agree to another method.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are important, we will try to notify admins by email or in-app.

If you continue using KarmIQo after the new Terms take effect, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
