SolGuruz is a tech company in Ahmedabad. We were the ones with OKRs in Google Docs, KPIs in a spreadsheet nobody updated, reviews stuck in email, and recognition as an afterthought. So we built the tool we wished existed — and it worked. This is that tool.

From Frustration to Framework: Our Story
This isn’t a VC-funded product searching for a problem. It was born from real frustration and real use. Every feature in KarmIQo solves something we actually needed — not something a product manager dreamed up in a roadmapping session.
Where We Began
The journey started with a simple observation — teams were working hard, but not always in the same direction. Goals were scattered, feedback cycles were unclear, and real progress often went unnoticed. We believed there had to be a better way to bring structure without slowing people down.
The Gap We Saw
